博根中文學校  –  安全須知

1. 因安全之故，於十二點五十分以前抵校學生，不得在教室停留，請待在餐廳等候。
2. 請勿在教室內食用任何飲料或點心。學生在休息時間未吃完之食品，請勿帶回教室。
3. 請勿任意動用教室內之任何物品，尤其是電腦及消防警鈴。
4. 請勿隨意搬動教室內的家具。桌椅可視教學情況需要移動, 下課後請物歸原處。
5. 允許攜帶禮物袋，但請於課後再分送同學。
6. 請勿在走廊上奔跑、嬉戲。
7. 貴重物品或電動玩具, 請勿攜帶至學校.
8. 請勿穿著暴露服裝到校。

家長值勤      為協助維護學校安全，家長有每學期值日一次之義務。值班表詳情請
                     上 http://www.bergenchineseschool.com 查閱。                
班級媽媽      建議各班選出義務班媽一（或數）位, 協助老師處理班務。
中文商店      由各班老師依情況發給中文商店點數作爲獎勵, 定期至中文商店, 以累積點數兌換獎品。
模範學生      模範學生由教師選出，並加發中文商店點數50點，做為獎勵。

全勤獎          全學年均未缺席者, 結業典禮時頒發全勤獎。
建議攜帶      課本, 上週作業, 或老師指定的項目
文具             鉛筆, 橡皮, 彩色筆或臘筆, 剪刀, 膠水, 及講義夾

點心及飲料（亦可在餐廳購買點心及飲料）
製作字卡之索引卡片(4″ x 6″)  

BERGEN CHINESE SCHOOL  –  Safety Rules

1. For safety purposes, no students are allowed to stay in the classroom before 12:50pm. Students arriving earlier than 12:50pm should stay in the cafeteria.
2. Eating and drinking are not permitted in the classroom. If students can’t finish their food during recess, please discard them before going back to the classroom.
3. Please respect the HMS property and do not touch anything belonging to the classroom, especially computers, fire alarms, etc.
4. Do not move any furniture in the classroom. If some arrangements are needed for the class, they should return to the original setup as soon as the class ends.
5. Goody bags containing food items are allowed but must be given out at the end of the day.
6. No running or playing in the hallway
7. Portable video games or valuable items are not allowed to be brought to school.
8. Please wear appropriate clothes to school. The length of students’ skirts, dresses, or shorts shouldn’t be shorter than five inches above their knees.

Parents On Duty: It is mandatory for parents to fulfill their duties once per semester to help out and maintain the school safety. For the schedule, please visit http://www.bergenchineseschool.com for details.
Class Parent: One (or more) volunteer per class is recommended.
Chinese Store: Through the school year, the teachers may reward students with “shopping points” that can be used in the Chinese store to purchase gifts, stationeries, book store gift cards, etc.
Honor Student: Honor students are nominated by their classroom teacher and also rewarded with 50-shopping point for the Chinese Store.
Perfect Attendance Award Students with a perfect attendance will receive an award at the end of the school year.
Suggest Items for school
Homework, textbook, and any other items assigned by the teacher
Pencils, eraser, crayons, scissors, glue and a folder
Snacks & drinks (you may purchase snack/drink in cafeteria)
Index cards (4″ x 6″) to make vocabulary flash cards.
